Events & Entertainment Attends Ministry of Sound Classical at Sandown Park Racecourse

The Events and Entertainment team joined thousands of music lovers at Sandown Park Racecourse for an unforgettable evening as Ministry of Sound Classical transformed one ofSurrey’s most iconic venues into a spectacular open-air dance destination.

Owned by The Jockey Club, Sandown Park Racecourse combines top-level horseracing with incredible live music acts, creating memorable sport-and-entertainment events in the heart of Surrey.

The evening paired an exciting programme of racing with a stunning live performance from Ministry of Sound Classical. Featuring a 30-piece orchestra, talented vocalists and special guest DJ Judge Jules, the show reimagined some of the biggest dance anthems of the past three decades, delivering a nostalgic soundtrack that had the crowd singing and dancing well into the night.

Held in Sandown Park’s Parade Ring, the concert offered an immersive atmosphere enhanced by an impressive light show and excellent views, creating a festival-style experience unlike a traditional race meeting. The seamless transition from thrilling racing action to a high-energy live concert demonstrated why Sandown Park’s music nights continue to attract both racing enthusiasts and live music fans.
