We brave Europe's largest scream park as it celebrates 30 years of screams! #WeDareYou

“It’s a Ross family tradition,” TV’s Jonathan Ross reveals, footballer Declan Rice calls it “phenomenal!”, Saffron Barker says it’s a “must-visit for Halloween fans like me”, while the GC, Gemma Collins, on braving the exhilarating experience requested, “Someone get me a brandy!!! It’s SO scary!”

In a landmark year for Shocktober Fest, the world-famous scream park is celebrating its 30th anniversary with its biggest event yet, as recently showcased on ITV’s ‘This Morning’.

More than two million people have visited during its 30-year history, with the multi-award-winning attraction THE go-to Halloween experience for celebrities and even the bravest of seasoned thrillseekers.

Events & Entertainment on the black carpet

The Events & Entertainment team rubbed shoulders with celebs on the black carpet at the Shocktober Fest press night earlier this month.

Strictly by invitation only, and with very limited public tickets available, the park was once again packed with excited famous faces on a thrilling evening out full of fun-filled eeriness, roaming performers, live music, DJs, street food, bars and fairground rides.

With four major new experiences created for its anniversary year, Shocktober Fest is more than just haunts - it’s a full-on festival, delivering award-winning haunts, live music and entertainment, adrenaline-pumping rides and mouth-watering food and drink in a festival atmosphere like no other.

Experience vibrant festival vibes and take on the Halloween horror and scares - IF YOU DARE!!

World-famous, award-winning haunts

What started with one haunted house on a West Sussex farm has developed into Europe’s largest scream park, combining immersive walkthrough haunts, live theatrical entertainment, music, street theatre, food, bars and rides.

It all began at Tulleys in 1996. Three decades later, the scream park has grown into a major Halloween destination, with visitors travelling from across the UK and beyond for its immersive walkthrough haunts and showstopping live entertainment.

With four major new attractions unveiled for its 30th anniversary season, alongside the new additions, Shocktober Fest features its established line-up of terrifying walkthroughs and mazes, roaming performers, DJs, street food and electrifying fairground rides.

Celebrity Shocktober

Countless celebrities have taken on Shocktober Fest over the years, including ‘Harry Potter’ star Rupert Grint, Jax Jones for whom it’s “The Best Night!”, Will Mellor, who says it’s “a family tradition,” and Molly Mae-Hague, who says, “It’s SOOOO spooky… I love it!”

A fave annual event for Jonathan Ross and family, Shocktober Fest welcomed his daughter Honey back to the black carpet this year, following her collaboration with Tulleys to create a new attraction.

“I’ve been coming to Tulleys every year for as long as I can remember and it’s always held a very special place in my heart,” she discloses. “Halloween is my favourite time of year, so it’s an absolute dream to collaborate with these horror experts to make something truly immersive and spooky.”

Celebs on the black carpet this year included Shocktober regular Rag’n’Bone Man, Katie Price and her children, Princess and Harvey, ‘Strictly’ star Kai Widdrington, Love Islander Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and ‘TOWIE’ star Bobby Norris, alongside actors John Thomson, Richard Blackwood and Shaun Williamson, ‘Loose Women’ Jane Moore and Linda Robson and C4’s ‘A Place in the Sun’ presenter Laura Hamilton, who exclaimed, “I can’t believe how brave I was this year!”

DJs Pat Sharpe and Jodie Weston were there, too, and after Capital Breakfast presenter Chris Stark took on Shocktober 2026, he posted his experience on YouTube, saying, “That was the most stressful thing I’ve done in ages!!”

Get your scare on at Tulleys!

Award-winning haunts, incredible live entertainment and an atmosphere like nowhere else… From unexpected encounters to absolute chaos, award-winning street theatre means the screams don't stop when you leave the haunts!

It’s close to midnight and something evil’s lurking in the dark...

Think you’re safe outside the haunts? Think again. There really is nowhere to hide. They're everywhere. And they LOVE an audience.

There's no shortage of places to strike a pose at Shocktober Fest, with selfie spots aplenty ensuring you get those fang-tastic photos to prove you survived.

New attractions for 30th anniversary

Alongside established fan favourites, Shocktober Fest marks its milestone anniversary with four new attractions.

Experience award-winning attractions, great street food, a variety of bars, live music, DJs and spectacular live shows, all wrapped up in a friendly festival atmosphere. For an unforgettable night of horrors and thrills to remember forever, don’t miss:

The House of Hades

Fire. Aerial artistry. Explosive performances. A battle for every soul that enters. The all-new live spectacular, House of Hades, is one of the largest live productions staged in the event’s history.

Starring the internationally renowned The Fuel Girls, this brand-new live spectacular for 2026 brings fire, aerial artistry, high-energy performance and explosive entertainment to the heart of Shocktober Fest.

Combining fire performance, dance and storytelling, this sizzling-hot show sees The Fuel Girls take centre stage at Shocktober, after appearing at events around the world including Universal Orlando’s next-level Halloween Horror Nights.

Welcome to the House Of Hades. The gates are open. Will you choose to enter?

When you stand before Hades, there are only two choices. Pass through the portal. Or surrender forever. Every choice has a price.

New haunts at the home of Halloween

At the heart of Shocktober Fest are its large-scale haunts, placing guests inside elaborate worlds filled with live actors, detailed sets, special effects and theatrical storytelling.

Rather than watching from the sidelines, visitors become part of the story as they make their way through each attraction and encounter the characters waiting inside.

Doom Town – new Ross Records & haunted house by Honey

A conversation between TV’s Jonathon Ross and his daughter Honey, of ‘Celebrity Gogglebox’ fame, about their shared love of horror led to a real-life collaboration.

Speaking about how they would love to open their own scare park one day, Jonathan suggested collaborating with Tulleys Shocktober Fest. That conversation has become a reality with Ross Records - a brand-new scene created by Honey and the Shocktober Fest team inside its award-winning Doom Town haunt.

“My job is Haunted House!!” reveals Honey. “In October last year, in the spirit of ‘if you don’t ask, you don’t get’, I threw a wish out into the ether. On my podcast, I said, ‘I would chop off my right arm for a chance to work with Tulleys.’ Somehow, the wish got received, and Tulleys miraculously reached out - mercifully not coming to collect on the right arm offering!”

Working with the Shocktober Fest team on the concept for Ross Records, bringing her own love and knowledge of horror into the world of the award-winning haunt, she says, “Doom Town is so iconic, and the fact that I get to contribute a little something to everyone’s favourite zombie-infested town makes my heart burst!”

The dead don't leave Doom Town. They just move in.

The streets of Doom Town are overrun by the dead. The high street might look familiar, but this is one shopping trip you won’t forget.

An award-winning haunt where evil reigns and the dead walk and never sleep, always on the look-out for fresh faces, the locals aren't exactly welcoming.

Step inside Doom Town, where every terrifying corner hides another nightmare, transporting visitors through a once-familiar world of nostalgic streets and shops, transformed into a sprawling zombie-infested town through live actors, detailed sets, special effects and immersive storytelling.

Doom Town's retro record shop, Ross Records, the brand-new scene for 2026 created by Honey, is a spooktacular place where the vinyl is spinning, the dead are waiting and browsing comes with a serious risk.

The return of haunted Greggs brings horror to the high street favourite food-on-the-go retailer in a way never seen before. Guests can step inside a fully immersive, interactive vintage Greggs walkthrough, overrun with the undead and swarming with zombies. No treats are served in THIS Greggs, only screams.

Pick up a film at Blockbuster, grab a sausage roll from haunted Greggs, flick through the vinyl at Ross Records... just don’t hang around too long in Doom Town!

New: The Cellar Returns

Three new walkthrough haunts open for the anniversary season, each adding a unique twist to the festival's already extensive line-up.

The Cellar Returns takes visitors beneath a house into a network of tunnels and underground chambers. For years, The Cellar was sealed shut. Whatever happened down there was supposed to stay buried. Now the boards are down. The entrance is open. And they're waiting for you in the darkness. Once sealed. Now unleashed. SOME THINGS SHOULD NEVER BE REOPENED.

The blades are turning. The Appletons are waiting.

Two connected attractions - Appleton County Farm and Appleton Saw Mill - tell the story of the fictional Appleton family across two different locations.

Don’t trust the smiles. Things aren’t quite as wholesome as they seem down at Appleton County Farm. Beyond the farm, the family business has a darker side...

The Appleton Saw Mill, where the machinery never stops and the family's darkest secrets are buried, is built on blood and sawdust. Welcome to the beginning of the story.

Alongside the new additions, Shocktober Fest features its established line-up of fan favourites, including award-winning walkthrough haunts and returning classics:

Electrick Circus: A shocking journey led by Sparky the Clown and his army of undead performers.
