Christmas at The Arding Rooms – A fabulous festive celebration in Clapham Junction
The Arding Rooms in Clapham Junction gave guests an early taste of the festive season with its 100 Days Until Christmas celebration last month, and the Events & Entertainment team was there to experience it first-hand.
Held in mid-September, the evening was stunningly designed to showcase The Arding Rooms at its very best, showcasing the beautiful venue’s range of sensational spaces for Christmas parties, festive gatherings and end-of-year events.
From the moment we arrived the atmosphere was warm, glamorous and full of energy. Guests were welcomed with Champagne by a team who were exceptionally friendly, attentive and enthusiastic about introducing the venue.
Set within the historic Arding & Hobbs building on St. John’s Road, The Arding Rooms provided an elegant backdrop for the occasion.
The rooms had been fully dressed for Christmas, with fabulous festive decorations, twinkling Christmas trees and beautifully laid tables, creating a stylish seasonal setting.
Live music and Christmas songs added to the sense of occasion, while the canapés were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious!
The cocktail-making experience brought a fun, interactive element to the evening and kept the atmosphere lively.
Guests could move through the different spaces, enjoy the music, food and drinks, and take in how each room had been styled for the festive season.
The overall effect was inviting, sophisticated and full of character.
The staff deserve a particular mention - welcoming, approachable and knowledgeable, they made guests feel at ease from the outset and added greatly to the enjoyment of the evening.
