Jonny Awsum is an award-winning comedian and musical comedy favourite whose infectious energy, feel-good charm and brilliantly original songs have made him a huge hit with audiences of all ages. A high-energy performer with a unique ability to light up any room, Jonny has built an outstanding reputation as both a headline act on the UK comedy circuit and a sought-after entertainer for theatres, festivals, family events and corporate audiences. After establishing himself as a regular headliner and closing act on the comedy circuit, Jonny shot to national prominence with his unforgettable appearances on Britain’s Got Talent. His performances earned standing ovations, unanimous praise from the judges and went viral online, amassing more than 50 million views on YouTube. Following his breakthrough on BGT, Jonny enjoyed a hugely successful run that included a sell-out, five-star reviewed run at the Edinburgh Fringe, a starring role in his first pantomime, and tour support slots for both Lost Voice Guy and Tape Face on their hit UK theatre tours.
